This civil application is filed by the present applicants who are respondents in the writ petition. It is the contention of applicants that when the matter was listed for final hearing on 12/02/2024, this Court granted time to produce membership receipts of the petitioner society and listed the matter on 22/02/2024. In view of the same applicants filed application for certified copy before the Co-operative Court, Jalgaon, however, the Co-operative Court, Jalgaon, did not supply the same. In order to decide the present writ petition, membership receipts are necessary. Therefore, present application is filed by applicants requesting to call for the record and proceedings of file bearing No.J/873/83 from the Co-operative Court, Jalgaon. 2.

I have perused the order dated 12/02/2024, wherein this Court has granted time to produce the membership receipts. Even SVH
