Mr. Bakshi, learned counsel submits that the affidavit is filed of respondent nos.2 and 3 and he further submits that if the petitioner submits the legal heirship certificate, then the claim of the petitioner for disbursement of family pension would be considered on merits.

Mr. Jayabhar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would obtain the legal heirship certificate and submit it to respondent nos.2 and 3.
