We do not think that we can entertain a petition in the nature of execution proceedings. If the petitioners are armed with an award and which is passed by this Court, it is common ground that the award made under the Land Acquisition Act in respect of Land Acquisition Proceedings is executable and enforceable as a decree of a Civil Court. 2.

The Execution proceedings are pending, the petitioners are free to adopt such remedies therein and seek directions including attachment of the movable and immovable assets and properties of the State. They can enforce the demand in accordance with law. We cannot convert this Court into a execution branch. The petition is entirely
