1] In view of the extreme urgency expressed by the applicant, the matters are taken up through video conferencing.

2] Heard.

3] Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to allow the applications.

4] Filing of affidavits are dispensed with.

5] On due consideration of the submissions advanced and statement made across the bar that the applicant is ready to deposit the amount in terms of order dated 11th January, 2019 passed by this Court. Delay to deposit amount is condoned. The applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' in respective applications subject to deposit of amount within one week from today.
