The applicant - A.P.M.C., Dhule is seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of deceased proprietor Pooja K.

915 CRA-132-2019 Lakhubhai of respondent - Firm by condoning the delay of 387 days. Admittedly, Lakhubhai has died on 25.12.2022 and, therefore, considering the right to sue his legal representatives are brought on record.

As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'.

The application is accordingly disposed of.

Necessary amendment be carried out within stipulated period and after the amendment issue notice to added respondents, returnable two weeks thereafter. 6.

List Civil Revision Application Nos. 132, 130, 131, 134 and 129 of 2019 on 21st June, 2024.
