1] We have heard Mr. Karpe, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Deshmukh, Advocate for respondent No.4. It is submitted that the proceedings under Section 11 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act are filed in January, 2016. It is submitted that as far as objection with regard to membership of 126 members is concerned, same is already heard and kept for orders. As far as objection with regard to 34 members are concerned, the final hearing is scheduled on 25.4.2016. The polling is scheduled on 28.4.2016. Request is made to direct the authority to decide the said proceedings before the date of polling. 2] Considering the above, the authority shall endeavour to dispose of the proceedings expeditiously and if possible try to dispose it of before the date of polling.
