Learned Counsel appearing for the Insurance Company submitted that when this Court passed order on 14th December 2016, a submission was made on behalf of the appellant/Insurance Company that it has deposited the amount of compensation as per the directions of this Court. However, till the said date no amount was deposited and inadvertently said submission came to be made.

Learned Counsel submits that now a cheque of the said amount is received and learned Counsel intends to deposit the said amount in the Registry. It is contended that the amount is being deposited by calculating the interest on the due amount till 12th March 2019.

The applicant is permitted to deposit the amount of compensation within a week. In view of the fact that now the amount is deposited, the order passed by the Court while disposing of Civil Application No. 12653 of 2016 does not require any interference.

Needless to state that, the interim relief will continue since the amount has been deposited.

Civil Application is disposed of.
