PER COURT :- 1.

The Petitioner has an issue with two questions, on the belief that wrong answers were in the answer key. This has affected his result. He has filed a representation on 26.03.2024. 2.

The Learned Advocate representing Solapur Municipal Corporation, submits that Respondent No.3, Tata Consultancy Services Limited is the competent authority to decide the representation of the Petitioner.

Respondent No.3 has not appeared before us, despite service of court notice.

In view of above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions:- I) Respondent No.2 shall forward the representation of the Petitioner to respondent No.3, within 15 days from today. II) Within 45 days, Respondent No.3 shall decide the representation on it's own merits and communicate it's decision to the Municipal Corporation, Solapur. III.

The Municipal Corporation shall convey the decision to the Petitioner, expeditiously.

IV.

In the event, the Petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of Respondent No.3, liberty to avail of a remedy, as is permissible in law.
