Heard Shri Kale, learned counsel for the Applicants / Claimants and Shri Dande, learned counsel for the acquiring body. The Applicants i.e. original Claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on furnishing an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against them, they will redeposit the amount so withdrawn by them within four months from the date of passing of such order. The Applicants are permitted to withdraw the remaining 50% of the deposited amount on furnishing solvent surety in the like amount or the bank guarantee in the like amount of any nationalized bank or scheduled bank. Civil application stands disposed of.
