By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay caused in filing civil application for setting aside the order dated 03.01.2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) and for restoration of the contempt petition, which is dismissed in default.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that, office objections could not be removed within a time prescribed for the reasons mentioned in the civil application. and undertakes to remove office objections within a period of three weeks from today. The statement made by the learned counsel is accepted.

In filing civil application for restoration, there is delay of 43 days caused. The delay has been sufficiently explained in the civil application. In so far as the Contempt Petition Stamp No. 7737 of 2022 is concerned is restored to its original position on condition that the office objections are removed within a period of three (03) weeks from today. It is made clear that, if office objections are not removed within a period of three weeks from today, the order dated 03.01.2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) would stand restored.

The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause B. No order as to costs.
