The appellant-original claimant has filed this appeal for enhancement of compensation on account of death of his son in the accident. The appellant-claimant with her counsel and Officers of Insurance Companies with their counsels are present. Parties are identified by their respective counsels.

The appellant and Insurance Companies have filed compromise memo which is marked "X" for the identification. The respondents-Insurance Companies have agreed to pay compensation of Rs. 4,00,000/- in addition to compensation awarded by the tribunal which is to be equally paid by them to

Award be prepared accordingly in terms of compromise pursis "X".
