By way of present Applications, the State is requesting for directions to the Office to accept the Cheque towards the amount under the Award passed by the learned Reference Court. This Court had passed the order on 04.07.2019, granting stay to the effect and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award, subject to depositing the entire decretal amount in this Court within the stipulated time. The learned AGP submits that since the funds are made available in recent times, the Appellant/State could not deposit the amount within the said stipulated period.

In view of the above, the interim order is extended until further orders subject to depositing Cheque by the Appellant with the office of this Court within a period of two (2) weeks. 3.
In view of the above, the Applications for stay stand disposed off.
