This petition has been filed for recalling the order of the Government withdrawing the Circular dated 16th February, 2015. Upon careful perusal of the said circular, it appears that, the Government of Maharashtra has taken a decision to cancel the Government Circular dated 23rd March, 2011 on the basis of the decision dated 4th December, 2014 passed

38.16PIL by Bombay High Court at Nagpur Bench in Writ Petition 2802 of 2014.

In that view of the matter, we are unable to persuade ourselves to entertain this Public Interest Litigation.

Hence, the Public Interest Litigation stands disposed of.
