This application for intervention has been taken out by the applicant, who is contesting the election to the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Tadkalas (in short, referred to as APMC), scheduled to be held on 16/04/2017. The applicant seeks to be permitted to intervene in the writ petition filed by the petitioner seeking to be included in the Electoral List of the members entitled to vote at the forth-coming elections to the APMC on 16/04/2017. 2.

Mr.Kute, learned counsel appearing for the respondents (original petitioners) has no objection to the applicant being heard to khs/APR.2017/4935

oppose this petition and is also allowed to file an affidavit. 3.

In the above view, the intervention application is allowed and the applicant is allowed to intervene in the writ petition. In the above view, the petitioner is not required to make the applicant a party to the writ petition by amending the same.
