The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been issued with the tribe certificates by the Sub Divisional Officer, Nanded. The petitioners have been selected for the post of Coast Guard in the Central Government services. The tribe certificate is required in the prescribed format of the Central Government. Similar such certificate is issued to the real sister of the petitioners. The petitioners have already filed application for the caste certificates in the said format.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. also.

The learned counsel submits that original tribe certificates are with the committee. The committee shall issue the attested copies of the tribe certificates to the petitioners for submitting it with the Sub Divisional Officer, Dharmabad after verifying that the petitioners were issued with the tribe certificates by Sub Divisional Officer, Nanded. The Sub Divisional Officer, Dharmabad shall within a period of five

(05) days from submission of the attested copies issue the tribe certificates in the format as prescribed by the Central Government.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
