The present Civil Application seeks direction against the Respondents to continue the Applicants/Petitioners in service till regular candidates are appointed. It is submitted that after the month of January-2021, the present Applicants/Petitioners are not in employment. In the Writ Petition, the Applicants/Petitioners seek regularization of service.

As after the month of January-2021, the Petitioners are not in service, at present, the Civil Application cannot be considered. Hence, Civil Application is disposed of.
