In the present civil application leave to amend is sought. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that subsequent meetings and agenda therein are illegal and the same is sought to be agitated.

Mr. Shah, the learned counsel for the contesting non applicant submits that the proposed amendment has no co-relation with the subject matter of the writ petition. The same is completely different and distinct. If the applicants have fresh cause of action in respect of the

2 67-CA4413-2020.odt acts agitated in the proposed amendment, the applicants have to take up separate proceedings.

The writ petition is at nascent stage. Even the respondents have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment including the point of the justiciability of the same.
