Heard. Leave to correct date in prayer clause (A).

Mr. Awate, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that against the order of S.D.O., rejecting the application of the Petitioner seeking issuance of tribe certificate as belonging to "Thakur" Scheduled Tribe. The Petitioner has filed an appeal before the Respondent No.2 - Committee on 4th March 2015, the same is still pending and is not being decided. Learned counsel submits that there is an urgency for the Petitioner to get his appeal decided. 3.
Mr. Tele, the learned counsel for Respondent No.2 Committee submits that Respondent
No.2 - Committee will endeavour to decide the appeal expeditiously.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. also.

Considering above, we pass following order:-
O R D E R
(A) Respondent No.2 - Committee shall decide the appeal filed by the Petitioner against the order of Respondent No.3, expeditiously, preferably within THREE MONTHS from the date of appearance of Petitioner before it, after hearing the Petitioner.
(B) The Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent No.2 Committee on 12th May 2015 at 11.00 a.m.

Writ Petition disposed of accordingly. No costs.
