ORDER:- 1.
The learned A.G.P. tendered across the bar a communication received by him dated 20.01.2023 from the concerned Police Inspector of Osmanpura Police Station, Aurangabad City. On going through the said communication, it appears that the compliance, as sought by the petitioner in the writ petition, has been substantially complied with. The aforesaid communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has also agreed about the aforesaid compliance. The learned Counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the prosecution needs to deposit the aforesaid hard disks containing the CCTV footage for the use of petitioner in the concerned criminal case
(2) 983 CP-325.2022.odt being his evidence. The learned A.G.P. on instructions, submits that the concerned Investigating Officer would deposit the aforesaid footage in the concerned Court. As such, the purpose of this Contempt Petition seems to be over. Accordingly, it stands disposed of.
