By these applications, the applicant respondents pray for a direction to deposit the remainder 50% of the amount and further pray that the arbitration appeals be considered finally as they are lodged in 2011.

2, Learned Advocate for the original appellant submits that 50% of the amount has already been deposited and the applicant firm has already withdrawn the said amount.
