1) Application tendered by the petitioner at Exhibit-5, claiming interim injunction was turned down by the trial court and the said order has been maintained by the District Court while dealing with Misc. Civil Appeal. The challenged raised to both the orders has been turned down by the learned Single Judge while dismissing Writ Petition No. 8101/2011.

2) Considering the concurrent findings of facts recorded by both the courts below, in exercise of

jurisdiction under Letters Patent, no interference is called for. The LPA is devoid of substance, hence stands dismissed. Pending civil application, if any, stands disposed of.
