It is an application for modification of the order passed earlier by this Court dated 16.11.2021 in civil application No. 12021/2021.

Heard A.S. Savale, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. S.S. Patil, learned counsel for respondent No.1 and Mr. V.R. Mundada, learned counsel for respondent No.4. 4.

It is revealed that this Court was pleased to allow the present applicant to withdraw 75% of her share of the amount of

934-ca-6572-22 compensation awarded by the Tribunal on furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks modification of the order to the extent of surname of the applicant.

Mr. Savale, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is using three surname viz. Pawar, Mali and Mahajan. The applicant has also filed her affidavit and the copy of the Aadhaar Card in order to clarify the position. 6.

Having regard to the submissions of Mr. Savale, learned counsel for the applicant, I am convinced to allow this application.

O R D E R

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
