This petition can be disposed of by directing the respondents to take decision on the representation tendered by the petitioners under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today. On determination of amount of compensation under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, if the petitioners are found entitled to receive the amount, same shall be disbursed by respondent no.04 within four months from the date of such determination.

With the directions, as above, the writ petition is disposed of.
