ORDER :- 1.

The petitioner impugns the order dated 18.3.2024 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Ahmednagar in Revision Application No. 76 of 2024, thereby refusing to continue the interim relief granted earlier in favour of the petitioner.

The contesting respondent No.1 submits that since the writ petition is filed against an interlocutory order and proceeding in revision is pending for consideration before the learned S.D.O., the writ petition can be disposed of, by giving directions to the S.D.O. to decide the pending Revision Application expeditiously and he has no objection to continue the interim relief granted by this Court till disposal of the

Having regard to the submissions advanced and considering the consensus of the parties, the writ petition can be disposed of with following directions :-

O R D E R

[i] Writ petition is partly allowed;

[ii] Learned Sub Divisional Officer, Ahmednagar shall decide the pending proceeding in Revision Application No. 76 of 2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of this order. [iii] Parties shall appear before the Sub Divisional Officer, Ahmednagar on 18.6.2024 and make their submissions oral as well as written, if any.

[iv] Interim order passed by this Court on 7th May, 2024 shall remain in force till disposal of the Revision Application. [v] Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
