Having considered the brief submissions of the learned Advocate for the respective sides and having noticed several seriously disputed issues, including as regards the locus of the Petitioner coupled with the fact that the Petitioner is not even a party to the LAR Court proceedings, that this Petition is disposed off.

The Petitioner informs us that an application to add her in LAR No.86 of 2017, is pending before the LAR Court for a long time. 3.

In view of the above, we direct the LAR Court to decide the said application dated 25.04.2022 bearing Exhibit-56, after hearing all the litigating parties, or or before 30.12.2022. 4.

In view of disposal of the Writ Petition, companion Civil Application stands disposed off.
