This is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1 on record. Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that, respondent nos.2 & 3 are the legal heirs of respondent no.1. Advocate Shri Nagode is appearing for respondent nos.2 & 3.

For the reasons stated in the application and in view of the fact that, the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1 are already on record, the application is allowed. The legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1 as are mentioned in the application be taken on record. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. Delay caused in filing the application is condoned.
