The applicants/petitioners seek leave to place on record the documents from page Nos. 7 to 72 annexed to the civil application. Contention is that they are likely to assist this Court in the hearing of the writ petition.

Mr.Dixit, the learned Senior Advocate appearing for non applicant No.3, submits that these documents are a part of the record and proceedings in another litigation not connected with this khs/Feb.2016/4993-d

petition.

In the light of the above, this civil application is allowed. The applicants / petitioners shall bring on record in the petition, the documents from page Nos. 7 to 72 alongwith a short affidavit within a period of 2 (two) weeks.
