1) The applications are filed for condonation of delay. Heard learned counsel for the acquiring body and learned counsel Shri. Wakure appearing for one of the original claimants. Though served remaining claimants have not turned up.

2) In view of the contentions made in the applications and the submissions made this Court holds

2 CA 5783 of 2015 that sufficient cause is shown. The applications filed for condonation of delay are allowed. Delay is condoned. 3) Notice in appeal. It is waived by learned counsel Shri. Wakure for the respondent in FAST No. 12222/2015. Notice to other respondent, made returnable on 15th June 2016. Call record & proceedings. 4) The stay applications are not seriously pressed.
