This is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No.5 on record as mentioned in para 2 of the application. The prayer for condonation of delay of 6 years has also been made.

It appears that though the proposed LRs of deceased respondent No.5 Sow. Lalita Subhashrao Satbhai are served, but they did not appear. In view of the same, when the right to sue is still available, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B and C".
