Mr. Panpatte, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a Shikshan Sevak is pending with the Education Officer. The same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 2.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Page No. 27) is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months. 4.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
