Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking for condonation of delay of 2024 days which appears to be caused due to their financial crisis. The learned AGP strongly opposed the applications on the ground that there is also circulation delay. The Acquiring Body though served but remained absent. 2.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the aforesaid delay period of 2024 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay period and also for delay in circulating the matter belatedly.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
