This is the Application by the Acquiring Body to bring on record Legal Representatives of Deceased Respondent No.1 - Suklal Shamrao Bari in First Appeal No.1717 of 2019. A prayer is also made for condonation of delay in preferring this Application. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant / Acquiring Body submits that the names and the papers showing Respondent Nos.1A to 1G as Legal Heirs of Deceased Respondent No.1 are enclosed with the Application. She submits that the Acquiring Body has no source to ascertain the Legal Heirs of Deceased Respondent No.1 and, therefore, they are relying on the papers enclosed with the Application. 3.

None for Respondent Nos.1 and 4.

The learned AGP appears for Respondent Nos.2 and 3.

In view of the above submissions and contents of the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', 'B1' and 'C' . The delay caused in filing the Application is condoned. The amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks. Application stands disposed off accordingly.
