The learned Assistant Government Pleader raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has remedy of appeal before the School Tribunal. Mr. Dhakne, the learned counsel submits that, the petitioner has already completed Ist year of postal D. Ed. and he has to appear for IInd year D. Ed. and only in service candidates can appear for postal D. Ed. 2.
