The learned Advocate for the petitioner concedes that though the petitioner desires a certified copy of a registered sale deed dated 06.02.2009, the applications that he has made to numerous authorities, does not mention as to which certified copy he desires. He, therefore, submits that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw this petition so as to make an appropriate application purely for the purpose of seeking a certified copy of the sale deed dated 06.02.2009.

In view of the above statement, this petition is disposed off.
