It is pointed out that by oversight Civil Application No. 4335 of 2015, which is already disposed of by this Court by order dated 13.4.2015, has been inadvertently reproduced as it is in this Civil Application.

It is, therefore, submitted that this Civil Application may be disposed off and the affidavit filed by the applicant below this Civil Application, is in fact, by way of a compliance of the order dated 13.4.2015, when this applicant was directed to file an affidavit. The instant affidavit has been filed within six days from the date of the order in Civil Application No.4335 of 2015.
