Heard both sides. Learned counsel submits that the main writ petition is pending right from 1995. Original tribal respondent No.1 died during pendency of this writ petition and the matter is yet to be listed for final hearing. Learned counsel submits that no objection is given by the proposed legal heirs only on the ground that the matter may be heard as expeditiously as possible.

In view of above submissions and for the reasons stated in the application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B", "C" and "D" and disposed of.
