By this application, the Applicants have sought injunction against the original Petitioner in the petition in which the order passed by the Mamlatdar against the original Petitioner is questioned. Having perused the prayer made in the application, it is noticed that said amounts to execution of the order passed by the Mamlatdar. In view thereof, in my opinion, the civil application is not maintainable. As such, stands rejected.

The writ petition be posted for final hearing in first week of July, 2015.
