We have heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for the applicant. We were constrained to impose costs because of repeated adjournments sought for not getting the instructions. 2.

Considering the reason given, we reduce the costs of Rs. 25,000/- to Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand). The said costs shall be deposited in this Court within four weeks from today. 3.
