The petitioner had filed an Appeal before respondent no. 1 against the order de-recognizing the institute run by the petitioner and also the order of transfer. The Appeal came to be dismissed. The petitioner filed writ petition bearing no. 264 of 2016. The said writ petition was disposed of under order dated 05.07.2019 and the matter was remitted to respondent no. 1 for decision afresh. It is submitted that the same is not yet decided.

In case the said Appeal is pending, respondent no. 1 shall decide the said Appeal in accordance with the directions given on 05.07.2019 in Writ Petition No. 264 of 2016 expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months. 3.

Naturally, all issues raised in the Appeal would be decided by respondent no. 1.

Respondent no. 1 shall also take decision upon the salary and non-salary grants, if pending, pursuant to the communications forwarded by respondent no. 2 / Commissioner for Welfare of Disabled (01.02.2020, 20.01.2021, 24.01.2021; Page Nos. 104 to 107), within a period of four (04) months.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
