Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

By way of present petitions, petitioner assails the order whereby the authorities have refused to provide information on the ground petitioner being a third person has sought personal information. 3.

I have gone through the applications filed by the petitioner. After going through the applications it reveals that petitioner had sought information of the individual persons and even in the applications he has not specifically stated whether any public interest is involved so as to seek information of those individuals. The petitioner being a third person is not supposed to ask for the information of individuals under the Right To Information Act, 2005.

In view thereof, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned orders under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 5.
