The petitioner/applicant seeks amendment. Under the amendment application the petitioner seeks to bring on record the revised pay structure and the factum of other employees getting more salary than the petitioner, though according to the petitioner they are junior to the petitioner. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for non applicants also.

The petition is at the stage of admission. Even otherwise, non applicants would have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment by filing affidavit.

In the light of the above, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The amendment is to be carried out within a period of fourteen (14) days from today. The civil application is disposed of.
