After having heard learned counsel at length, a specific incident dated 26th June, 2019 indicating involvement of the applicants has been pointed out. Whether the said incident really did take place or not can only be ascertained during trial of the case. We are, therefore, not inclined to grant relief to the applicants.

The applicants hail from Mumbai. The case is to be tried by the Court at Bhadgaon, Tq. and Dist. Jalgaon. Learned counsel for the applicants undertakes that learned counsel representing the applicants before the trial Court, would cooperate for the progress of trial and take it to logical conclusion.

In view of aforesaid statement, the applicants are exempted from appearing before the trial Court until pronouncement of judgment therein. The trial Court shall be at liberty to enforce presence of present applicants, as and when required for smooth progress of the trial. Criminal application stands disposed of accordingly.
