Heard Mr. Solanke, learned Advocate for the petitioners.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the Draft Award is already passed U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. The copy of the Draft Award dated 23.08.2021 is also placed on record. The same has been referred to the Collector for sanction.

We hope and trust that the Collector would take decision upon the same expeditiously.

In view of the fact that the authority has already dealt with applications U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and decided it, the contempt stands purged.
