The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicant/petitioner is student of 12th standard, however, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, he had wrongly mentioned that, the petitioner is student of commerce. The petitioner is student of science stream and wants to take admission in professional course. The learned counsel further submits that, vigilance is conducted.

Under order dated 26.03.2018, we had directed the Committee to decide the matter within six (06) months. The learned counsel submits that, the NEET exam would take place on 06th May, 2018.

Considering the above, the applicant/petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 04th May, 2018. The Committee may try to decide the proceeding by 15th June, 2018. The civil application is disposed of.
