The petitioner is agitating his right under lease agreement executed between the petitioner and the respondents. It is a private agreement between the private parties. 2.

In view of that, we are not inclined to exercise our writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner may take up proceedings before the appropriate forum/Court as is permissible in law. No costs.
