This is an application for regular bail in Crime No.196 of 2016 registered at Shivaji Nagar Police Station, District Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 397, 143 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned counsel for parties. Perused papers of investigation.

In FIR Complainant did not name the Applicant. On 2nd March, 2016 statement of injured Kailash Thombre was recorded and he implicates the Applicant as one of the assailants. No specific role is attributed to him. Allegations in the statement of witness are general in nature. Considering the nature of offences and role attributed to

O R D E R

I.

Criminal Application No.2198 of 2016 is allowed. II.

Applicant is released on bail in Crime No.196 of 2016 registered at Shivaji Nagar Police Station, District Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 397, 143 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code on P.R. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) each.

III.

Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall make himself available as and when required for investigation.

IV.

Bail before the Trial Court.
