Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the Tahsildar has directed the Talathi to consider the case of petitioner regarding the entry of the cart way in the 7/12 extract, however, no action has been taken.

The learned Government Pleader submits that for such purposes the committee is constituted vide circular dated 13.02.2015.

If the respondents are not taking any action, the petitioner may approach the committee and the committee shall decide the

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
