ORDER:- IN CA NOS. 1699/2021, 1701/2021, 1706/2021, 1704/2021: 1.
Heard learned Counsel for the applicant Acquiring Body. The respondents/claimants, despite appearance through learned Counsel Mr. R.M. Patil, failed to file Vakalatnama. 2.
The appellant - Acquiring Body in all these applications is seeking condonation of delay of 231 days, which appears to be caused due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. There is no objection from other side and therefore the delay of 231 days stands condoned.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.

The civil applications are accordingly disposed of. IN CA NOS. 1703/2021, 1700/2021, 1707/2021, 1705/2021 : .
Since the appellant Acquiring Body has deposited the amounts as directed by this Court, all these applications are made absolute in terms of their respective prayers during the pendency of these appeals and disposed of.
