CA No.8635/2021 is taken out by respondent No.3 bringing the LR'

s of respondent No.2/Shankar Bachate on record. It is pertinent to note that the deceased Shankar was the brother of the present applicant, who has taken out the application. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, who opposed the application, states that he has information to the effect that the application is misleading since Shivaji Bachate is not the only surviving legal heir of deceased Shankar, but there are also other surviving LR' s .

- 2 - He also objects to the application on the premise that it is brought by the co-respondent.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that he is in the process of obtaining the names of the LR'

s, who are surviving and therefore if necessary information is obtained by him, he himself will bring out that application for bringing the LR' s of respondent No.2 on record. In the wake of the above, CA No.8635/2021 is dismissed. 3.
