This is an application for quashing of the F.I.R.

We have perused the F.I.R. The allegations in the F.I.R. require investigation. Learned Counsel for the applicants states that it is a civil dispute between the parties. If, the applicants have valid defence and valid documents, they can always approach the Investigating Officer and point out the material in their favour. They are already granted anticipatory bail.

Therefore, considering these circumstances at this stage since we are of the view that it is a pre-mature stage, we are not entertaining this application, however, liberty is granted to the applicants to pray for quashing if, the charge-sheet is filed against them.

Learned Counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of this application with such liberty. Permission is granted. Application is allowed to be withdrawn with such liberty.

Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
